Valve Automation

The valve division of HPC represents more than a dozen high-quality, well-known manufacturers of actuation devices, on/off valves and control valves. Our technical team specializes in helping customers solve problems and select the right products for their specific valve and actuation applications. At our facility, we provide assembly and testing of the valve systems to ensure that our deployed solutions will meet and exceed customer expectations.

Process engineers and maintenance technicians come to us because we offer:

• Wide product offering. HPC provides customers in Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia with access to a wide variety of leading product lines in an otherwise fragmented marketplace for the supply of valves and actuators.

• Specialized technical skills. Our people’s technical knowledge enables us to guide customers to optimal solutions and help them manage the complexity of their applications, which can require 30 parts or more for just one process. Many of our people have 30-plus years of experience, and carry numerous training credentials and certifications, including MARC shop technician Level 2 Masoneilan, Valve ED. Valves and Actuators Level 2 training, PBM product training, REXA advanced aftermarket training, and Thermon TraceNet technical training.

• Problem-solving persistence. We bring experience, flexibility, and creative problem-solving to every situation—whether the customer is building a new process or facility, or updating equipment to address safety and reliability performance.

• Documentation of automation. The quality and availability of our documentation are unmatched in the industry, which simplifies recordkeeping and expedites equipment servicing. Testing certification sheets and optional testing videos are available upon request.
